What do I do if I see a dead bird?

Avoid touching dead birds, or any dead animal with your bare hands. Use disposable gloves. If disposable gloves are not available use a plastic bag with your hand inside to grab the bird and then turn the bag inside out so that the bird will then be inside the bag and seal the bag. The carcass will then be in the plastic bag. Place the sealed bag in the trash.
