Smoking Cessation
Freedom From Smoking, is a seven-week, positive approach,
evidence-based program that encourages participants to work on the process
of quitting smoking.
Health Educators certified in smoking cessation through the American Lung
Association will teach classes. The following key elements are the focal
point for the program.

- Proper use of smoking cessation medications
- Recovery and grief
- Relapse prevention
- Self-monitoring
- Social support
- Stress Management

Classes are free of charge and meet once per week for one hour.
