Childhood Immunization Services
The goal of the Jackson County Health Department Immunization Clinic is to
provide all of the required childhood vaccinations for the State of Missouri
as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and American Academy of Pediatrics.
Effective July 1, 2011,
an administrative fee of $5 per patient
will be charged for immunization clinic visits. This fee is in addition to
standard immunization costs. Please contact the JACOHD for pricing
information.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Immunization Schedules:
*Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian.
A copy of the child's previous shot record is required for those 18 and
under.
