Maternal Child Health Program
The purpose of the Maternal and Child Health Program is to improve the
health of mothers and their children in Eastern Jackson County.
The Maternal Child Health Program provides education and resource
information throughout the community, as well as parent/baby visits at five
area hospitals:
- St. Luke’s Health System East – Lee’s Summit
- Lee’s Summit Medical Center
- Centerpoint Medical Center
- St. Mary’s Medical Center
- Truman Medical Center Lakewood.
Services Include:
- Parenting Education
- Obesity education and prevention
